At Entanglements, we’ve been safely delivering our metal art, sculptures and large-scale projects across Australia and around the world for more than 20 years.

Every piece is different, so we choose the safest and most practical delivery method for each order.

Australia-wide delivery

We arrange deliveries every week across Melbourne, interstate and to regional areas throughout Australia.

For our larger, fragile and uniquely shaped pieces, our preferred option is a specialist furniture delivery service. Your artwork is carefully handled throughout its journey, which means it generally requires much less packaging and avoids unnecessary crating.

Indicative Furniture Delivery Prices

  • VIC Metro: $220 + GST
  • NSW Metro: $250 + GST
  • QLD Metro: $350 + GST
  • ACT Metro: $350 + GST
  • SA Metro: $350 + GST
  • WA Metro: $550 + GST
  • TAS Metro: $350 + GST

These prices are a guide for delivery of larger pieces to metropolitan capital-city areas.

For regional areas, unusual locations or particularly large pieces, we’ll provide a personalised quote.

Depot Delivery

Depot delivery may also be available. However, larger or more fragile pieces may require additional protective packaging or crating when travelling through a depot network, which can increase the freight cost.

Smaller Pieces

Smaller, less fragile pieces can generally be sent using standard courier services. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Every Delivery Is Different

Because our artworks range from small wall pieces through to large sculptures and custom projects, there isn’t one delivery method that suits everything.

You can confidently add your piece to the cart using the delivery price shown.

The freight prices shown online are indicative. If your artwork, location or access requires a different delivery method, additional packaging or a more economical option, we’ll contact you before dispatch and tailor the delivery to suit your order.

With more than 20 years of experience transporting metal artwork, sculptures and large projects interstate and overseas, we’ll make sure your piece is delivered in the most appropriate way.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Custom and made-to-order designs generally take 6–8 weeks to complete. Your expected completion timeframe will be included with your order confirmation.

Once your piece is ready, we’ll contact you to organise delivery and provide tracking or carrier details where available.

International Delivery

Yes, we ship internationally too.

International orders are individually assessed depending on the size and destination. Where required, pieces are securely packed or crated for international transport by air or sea.

Contact our team with the piece you’re interested in and your destination, and we’ll arrange a personalised international freight quote.

When Your Order Arrives

Every piece leaving the Entanglements studio goes through our quality-control process and is carefully checked and prepared for transport.

We take great care with every delivery and, while transit damage is rare, occasionally something can happen along the way. If it does, following these simple steps will help us resolve it quickly for you.

When your delivery arrives:

  • If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please take a photo before opening it.
  • If the packaging appears significantly damaged, ask the driver to take the delivery back with them, where possible.
  • Do not sign for a visibly damaged delivery as being received in good condition.
  • When unpacking, carefully check the artwork along with all brackets, hooks, fixings and supplied parts.
  • Please keep all packaging until you have completely inspected your order.

If you notice anything that doesn’t look right, simply take a few photos of the artwork and packaging and contact our team as soon as possible.

We’ve been safely delivering our artwork for more than 20 years, and problems in transit are uncommon. These simple precautions just help us look after you and resolve things quickly should anything unexpected have occurred.
