      Yes, most of our metal letterbox designs can be customised to suit your preferred size, layout and installation requirements.

      We can adjust the overall dimensions, mail compartment, parcel opening, decorative elements and fixing method. Please provide your preferred measurements and any specific requirements so we can recommend the most suitable design.

      Yes, many of our letterboxes can be designed with provisions for Outdoor LED lighting.

      Lighting can be used to illuminate the house name, street number or decorative cut-outs. Please provide the dimensions and installation requirements of your nominated light fitting before fabrication so we can incorporate the appropriate space, openings or access points.

      The electrical components should be selected and installed by a suitably qualified electrician.

      Yes, we can incorporate custom artwork, decorative patterns, property names, house numbers or other design elements into many of our metal letterboxes.

      You can choose from our existing decorative designs or discuss a completely custom concept. Where suitable, the design can be laser cut, applied as raised lettering or incorporated into a separate decorative panel.

      Yes, you can choose a different font for the house name, property name or street number on your letterbox.

      We can work with a preferred font supplied by you or recommend options that suit the overall letterbox design. Some very fine or intricate fonts may need to be adjusted to ensure they can be manufactured clearly and remain easy to read.

      The maintenance required will depend on the material, finish and level of exposure.

      Powder-coated aluminium letterboxes should be cleaned periodically with fresh water to prevent dust build up. Corten steel finishes may require occasional resealing to help preserve the patina and reduce rust runoff.

      Our metal letterboxes are designed for outdoor use and are made from durable materials such as Corten steel, mild steel and aluminium.

      However, no outdoor letterbox can be guaranteed to be completely waterproof in all weather conditions. Wind-driven rain may enter through the mail opening, particularly in highly exposed locations. We usually include a rain flap during the design process to minimise water entering the letterbox.

      Where required, we incorporate a protective hood or weather cover above the mail opening to help reduce rain entering the letterbox.

      You can select from a wide range of powder-coat colours or choose finishes such as natural Corten steel, depending on the design and intended location. The arrangement of the mail opening, access door, house number, property name, lighting and decorative elements can also be adapted to suit your requirements.
